No one appears for the petitioner.

It has been submitted by Shri Satyapal Singh the learned counsel for the opposite party, that husband and wife had entered into compromise and they are staying together and petitioner has withdrawn the matrimonial case. In these circumstances, he prays for dismissal of the case. Considering the submission of the opposite partiy, this application is dismissed on the account of fact that parties have entered into compromise. Therefore, the Matrimonial Case is permitted to be withdrawn. If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to submission made by the Advocate for the opposite party, she may file a fresh case.

With the aforesaid liberty, this application is dismissed.
