In the present case, petitioner is challenging the order dated 23.9.2015 passed by the Licensing Authority by which he has cancelled his licence for running the PDS shop. He has also challenged the order dated 27.7.2016 passed by the Collector, Nalanda in Supply Case No.16 of 2015 by which he has rejected the appeal filed by the petitioner. The petitioner has not exhausted alternative remedy available to him. The petitioner, if so advised, may file revision before the authority concerned and if it is filed the authority concerned will decide the revision of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.17187 of 2016 (2) dt.23-06-2017 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of ifs filing.

While disposing of the limitation matter the authority will take into account the pendency of the present case before this Court.

With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
