The petitioner is accused in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 10 of 2016, registered under Sections 363, 366(A) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge Ist-cum-Special Judge, Madhubani.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 30.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1906 of 2017 by this Court. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the prayer for bail.
