The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the certificate proceedings bearing certificate case no. 3 of 2017-18 on the ground that the petitioner has not been granted appropriate opportunity to put forth his defence.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh objection within three weeks from today and in case, any fresh objection is filed within three weeks, the Certificate Officer shall take into consideration the said objection of the petitioner and pass a final order.
