The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case on the basis of confessional statement. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66274 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XVI, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017.
