JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are said to have been caught with stolen motorcycle whereas one co-accused managed to escape from the place of occurrence.

Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners are motor mechanics and, as a matter of fact, they do not have any concerned with the seized motorcycle. Moreover, petitioners are in jail custody since 10.09.2016 and they do not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
