The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 22.05.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 9062 of 2015 with a direction that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining in custody for one year. The petitioner is in jail since 06.08.2014 i.e. for more than one year.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. K. Shrivastava, Judicial
