2. In terms of the last order, supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University in which the stand is that the remaining amount of unavailed Earned Leave, after calculation, has been found to be Rs. 6,47,367/- and the same shall be paid within a couple of days through treasury challan. It has further been stated that with regard to D.D.A. an amount of Rs. 1195/- has been found payable which has been forwarded to the respondent no. 6.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands

Patna High Court CWJC No.18665 of 2017 dt.23-07-2018 2/2 disposed off with a direction to the Registrar of the University to ensure that payment of the remaining unutilized Earned Leave be credited into the account of the petitioner latest within two weeks from today. Similarly, the respondent no. 6 shall ensure that the payment of D.D.A. is also made to the petitioner, if already not done, within one week from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
