The petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 350/2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case, the present petitioner has not fired at the informant and in course of investigation nothing has come against the petitioner and petitioner is in custody since 10.12.2018.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail submits that this petitioner has fired in the stomach of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59670 of 2019(3) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 informant and as many as four cases is on the head of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case wherein it appears that there is direct allegation of firing against the petitioner in the stomach of the informant and the petitioner has got as many as four cases on his head out of which only three have been stated in paragraph 3 of the present application, at this stage, this court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is refused. Let the trial be expedited. The trial court is directed to complete the trial preferably within a period of nine months from today.
