JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One dagger, mobile set, Pan card, Driving license etc. are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with two others were caught by the police. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 24.07.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47167 of 2016 (2) dt.28-10-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran in connection with Mashrak P.S. Case No. 223 of 2016.
