JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 The petitioner has grievance against selection of respondent No. 7 as Anganbari Sevika at Anganbari Centre Code No. 221, Ward No. 15 in the district of Muzaffarpur. The petitioner claims that she had better rights to be selected against the said post than respondent No.7.

The petitioner has remedy of appeal before the authority under the guidelines laying down process of selection and service conditions of Anganbari Sevika/Sahayika under Integrated Child Development Services.

This application is accordingly disposed of with

Patna High Court CWJC No.19061 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to prefer complaint/appeal before appropriate authority, raising her grievance as has been raised in the present writ application. It is indicated that if any complaint/appeal is filed within one month from today, no objection of delay in filing appeal shall be taken by the competent authority since the petitioner was pursuing her remedy before this Court by filing the present writ application.
