With the kind of controversies which have been generated with regard to the so called enquiry held or not held by the District Education Officer in relation to what is known as Madarsa Chashm-E-Rahmat at Bithour in the district of Madhubani, the respondent authorities are directed not to act upon any of the enquiry report submitted earlier.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14119 of 2015 dt.16-08-2016 2 / 2 to hold a fresh enquiry after giving an opportunity both to the petitioner as well as the private respondent and the public at large and submit a fresh report before the Bihar State Madarsa Board for taking a decision on the issue afresh.
