2. From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the authorities, as per the statement made in paragraphs no. 3 and 5, the payment of G.P.F. along with 12.5% interest has been made to the petitioner under letter dated 02.03.2017.

3. Keeping the same in mind and also the fact that nobody had appeared for the petitioner even on the last occasion on 20.07.2017 and today also nobody is appearing, the Court can presume that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.
