2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, one dead body was recovered which was subsequently identified as Nilam Devi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2023. he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. Except confessional statement of Susheela Devi, there is no material against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-IX, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Rajapakar P.S.
