The writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the authorities of the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation (hereinafter referred to as 'the Corporation') to examine the grievance of the petitioner as present in the representation enclosed at Annexure-4 for its disposal in accordance with law.

Patna High Court MJC No.1222 of 2018 dt.24-04-2019 2/2 Since the representation remained pending that this contempt application is filed and during which period the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of by the District Manager of 'the Corporation' vide Memo no 696 dated 12.06.2018, a copy of which is enclosed at Annexure 'B' to the show cause filed on behalf of 'the Corporation', a copy of which has been served on learned counsel for the petitioner also. In such view of the matter and in case the writ petitioner is yet not satisfied, he is at liberty to challenge the order of the District Manager of the Corporation bearing Memo No.696 dated 12.06.2018 before an appropriate forum by filing an appropriate application but no case of contempt is made out.
