2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The F.I.R. relates to stealing of a truck.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner transpired during investigation. Petitioner is in custody since 09.07.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be
