The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner along with 14 other accused persons came to his land and after cutting bamboo started construction of house. On protest Md. Salim is said to have assaulted the informant with Khanti on his head. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Bibi Ruksana wife of Md. Alwin causing fracture injury on her left hand. There is counter version. It is submitted that Bibi Ruksana got one lacerated wound which is opined to be simple in nature. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above
