2. Vide order dated 24.03.2025, the bail application with respect to petitioner no. 2 has been dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the bail application with respect to remaining petitioner nos. 1 and 3 with a liberty to file a fresh application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with respect to both the remaining petitioners i.e., petitioner nos. 1 & 3.
