The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 232 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the victim girl were in love and had married and have been living together since the year 2015 itself. It is further submitted that the victim girl, under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has now clearly stated that she has married the petitioner on her own sweet will and she is living with him happily. It is further submitted that in the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. that the case had been filed under some mistaken impression. Considering the aforementioned facts and

Case No. 232 of 2015, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
