Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Digha P.S. Case No.282 of 2017, registered under Sections 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 114, 115, 342, 323, 307, 353, 395, 397, 186, 332, 333, 336, 337, 338, 427 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that when the officials of the Bihar State Housing Board went at the spot to take measurement of the plots of Rajiv Nagar area along with the police and to remove encroachment then all accused persons and large number of unknown people assembled, objected and also opened firing. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, he was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58001 of 2017 (2) dt.14-12-2017 2 /2 merely a looker and on suspicion he was apprehended by the police, except two cases of similar nature of different dates lodged against him, he has no other criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.09.2017.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Patna in connection with Digha P.S.
