2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 31.07.2024 passed in A.B.P. No. 1679 of 2021, arising out of Complaint Case No. 2105 of 2022, by the learned I/c Sessions Judge, Samastipur.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial. He further submits that there is some observation in the bail order dated 31.07.2024 due to which

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67860 of 2024(2) dt.24-11-2025 2/2 petitioner may be prejudiced.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State submits that any observation made in the bail order shall not prejudice to the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and take steps for early disposal of the case.
