Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 20.06.2015 on the accusation that he mercilessly assaulted the informant by Bamboo stick causing injury on his head and other parts of the body. The injury reports ( Annexure-2 series) reveals that the informant sustained simple injuries though one injury is said to have been caused by sharp cutting weapon. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Gopalganj in connection with Phulwariya P.S.Case No. 91 of 2015.
