The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed challenging the summoning order dated 12.10.2012 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Complaint Case No. 2592 of 2012 against the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has produced the order framing charges. He submitted that during pendency of the present application, the case has proceeded ahead

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29428 of 2013 dt.04-04-2017 2/2 and charges have already been framed against the petitioners. Regard being had to the subsequent developments in the case, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. The application is dismissed accordingly.
