JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 The contempt application stands disposed of now with a specific direction to the Registrar of the University that he will look into the letter dated 9.7.1984, which has been annexed by the University themselves as Annexure- B to the show cause, verify from the payments which have already been made to the petitioner whether this amount has already been settled or not and if not, necessary steps will be taken for indicating the steps thereof to the petitioner or steps will be taken with its payment, as the case may be. The Registrar must comply with this direction within a period of three months. The decisions will also include whether such payment is required to be made at all and if not, the reason thereof has to be communicated.
