JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-08-2018 The petitioner has complained of disobedience of the order dated 20.06.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10098 of 2012. A bare perusal of the said order dated 20.06.2012 would show that no positive mandamus has been issued by this Court so as to warrant any disobedience of the said order dated 20.06.2012. In any case, the Bihar Staff Selection Commission has already issued a fresh advertisement dated 16.01.2016, hence, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition is
