1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are a lot of factual mistakes in the present writ petition, which have crept in on account of inadvertence, hence the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition, so that he can file a fresh writ petition.

2. It is needless to state that the petitioner is free to avail such remedies as are otherwise permissible under the law.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
