====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and the Accountant General.

2. In terms of order dated 27.02.2018, the respondents no. 5 to 8 and Mr. Chandan Kumar, the Treasury Officer, Jehanabad are present.

3. All of them have filed show cause.

4. At the very outset all of them tendered their unconditional and unqualified apology.

5. The Court finds that though there has been casualness in their conduct as even after passing of the order in

Patna High Court CWJC No.16808 of 2017(6) dt.12-03-2018 2/2 favour of the petitioner, actual payment was not being made till the Court took cognizance of such fact whereafter payments now appears to have been made.

6. Thus, the Court was of the opinion that strict order was required to be passed. However, in view of the unconditional and unqualified apology tendered and the assurance before the Court that such conduct shall not be repeated in future, the Court is inclined to accept the apology.

7. Accordingly, the issue stands consigned.

8. Coming to the merits of the matter, it is admitted that all dues of the petitioner have now been paid. In view thereof, the writ petition having served its purpose stands disposed off.

9. Personal appearance of the officers stands dispensed with.
