1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Minapur P.S.Case no.77 of 2021 registered under sections 420, 406, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3 of Bihar Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 2002.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that he was induced by the accused persons in becoming a member of the cooperative society. The informant was assured that it is a fully registered society having its local office at Gayghat and head office in Muzaffarpur. However after becoming an agent and having deposited the money of large

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case only for the reason that they happen to be the wife and brother of the coaccused Anil Kumar who happens to be one of the Directors of the cooperative society. They have no concern with the same in any capacity nor any of the amounts has been said to be deposited in their accounts. The petitioners are in custody since 16.1.2024 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Coaccused Mukesh Kumar has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 18.1.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. no.1416 of 2024.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioners in the F.I.R., the material that has transpired in course of investigation as is evident from the order of the learned trial Court, grant of bail to coaccused Mukesh Kumar, the petitioners having remained in custody for more than 9 months since 16.1.2024 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case no. 77 of 2021 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees
