JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.Case No. 548 of 2017 registered under Sections 363, 365 and 376/34 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 4, 5 and 6 of the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act. Allegation in brief is that prosecutrix out of anger left her house and thereafter two persons brought her in the locality and she was indulged in flesh trading and one Khurshid Alam and his wife, the petitioner, are said to have forced her in the prostitution. Submission is that petitioner is a lady and the girl was not recovered from the place of the petitioner and charge sheet has been submitted and prosecutrix is also married. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Zero Khatoon @ Jarina

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56887 of 2017 (6) dt.09-02-2018 2/2 Khatoon @ Zero Jarina Khatoon, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 548 of 2017.
