The grievance raised in the writ application is under consideration before the State Pay Commission, in view of the fact that the State Pay Commission in seisin of the matter, the present writ application has become premature. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the State Pay Commission, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
