JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 20-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. From perusal of the pleadings, it appears that the writ application is premature. The grievance raised in the writ application is under consideration before the State Pay Commission, in view of the fact that the State Pay Commission in seisin of the matter, the present writ application has become premature. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the State Pay Commission, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
