NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 18-12-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the State as well as the learned counsel appearing for the Lalit Narayan Mithila University (hereinafter referred to as, 'the University'). Learned counsel for the University files a supplementary counter affidavit wherein at paragraph 5 it has been stated that all amount due to the petitioner has been paid to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all amount have not been credited in his account. Let the petitioner approach the Principal of the concerned College by way of representation for his remaining dues, if any, which shall be
