A supplementary show cause has been filed by the opposite party no.3 in which at paragraph 4 it is stated that payment has already been made to the petitioner. Mr. Banwari Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though an order to such effect has been passed on 6.02.2019 but the amount is yet to be credited in the account of the petitioner.
In such view of the matter, the Principal, Government Shri Dhanwntri Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Ahirauli, Buxar is directed to ensure that the money is credited in the
Patna High Court MJC No.2996 of 2018(7) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 account of the petitioner within two weeks from today. With the observation above, this contempt application is disposed of.
