2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is one of the co-accused who used to dupe the customers and one the coaccused was apprehended on the spot with a Laptop, Mobiles, Visa Card, Voter Id Card, Aadhar Card, Pan Card and with Rs. 18,500/- cash, and disclosed the name of the petitioner as his associate.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail and has submitted that from perusal of the case record, it transpires that case has been registered under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 34 of the I.P.C. Petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Petitioner is alleged to have taken 20% commission from co-accused Manoj Kumar.
