The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation is that one loaded country made pistol is recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 1.6.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. One loaded country made pistol is said to have been recovered. There is no

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Bettiah, District West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. case No.414 of 2019.
