The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 377, 511, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 67 of the Immoral Traffic Act, 1956 as well as Sections 3/4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offices Act, 2012.

Allegation against the petitioner and others is that they committed unnatural offence, punishable under Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code, against Bishu Kumar, the son of the informant.

The victim-boy in his statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has supported the allegation.

Hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to
