The petitioners are in custody in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.193 of 2017, a case under Sections 302/201/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused Rabindra Giri, the full brother of petitioner Manager Giri, was married with victim Raj Kumari Devi 18 years prior to her death. Subsequently, Rabindra Giri had married with another lady. There is allegation that the in-laws committed murder of Raj Kumari Devi.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioners are elder brother and Bhabhi of the husband of the deceased. There is no eyewitness of the

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Barauli Police Station Case No. 193 of 2017, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
