No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about 18 cases but in the present case, there is only allegation against him of hatching conspiracy and the main suitor appears to be other co-accused.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S.Case No. 185 of 2015, subject to the condition that if in course of trial any complaint against the petitioner regarding tampering with the evidence is made out, the concerned court shall be at
