The petitioners have filed this writ petition for setting aside the order passed by the Director, Consolidation, Bihar, Patna in Consolidation Revision Case No. 250 of 2008 dated 25.05.2010 whereby and whereunder the Director,

Patna High Court CWJC No.19122 of 2016 (3) dt.01-10-2018 2/2 Consolidation allowed the petition filed by respondent 2nd set without impleading the petitioners as party and without hearing the other side who are the landlord and are in possession of the land only after 30 years of the consolidation proceeding got its finality.

After some argument, the learned senior counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition to enable him to file petition before the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna. Prayer is allowed.

This writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to present petition before the B.L.T., Patna (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U
