The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The informant named the petitioners along with others and alleged that when he had gone to ease out, Kishundeo Singh told that enemy is coming and ordered to caught him, on such Ramlesh Yadav @ Nata Yadav and Mahesh Yadav came near his brother and Ramlesh Yadav alias Nata Yadav fired from his pistol, which hit on the chest of Tejan Yadav, the brother of the informant. Thereafter, the accused persons fled away. There is no specific allegation of assault and overt act against the petitioners.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45287 of 2015 (2) dt.29-09-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No.382 of 2014.
