This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 399, 402, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 20B and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

According to the first information report the police got information that an unlawful assembly is making preparation to commit murder and dacoity. The apprehended person disclosed the name of the petitioner. The police, further, came to know that those accused person were planning to commit murder of sautan of this petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as stated on oath.

Considering the aforesaid material as well as that the petitioner, above named, is female, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 56 of 2016 arising out of Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 216 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Session's Judge/Special Judge, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court.
