The petitioner is languishing in custody since 26.2.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the I.P.C. and Section 37 (B) of Bihar Excise Prohibition Amendment Act, 2018.

It is alleged that in inebriated condition the accused persons robbed Four Thousand Rupees of the informant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent. Learned APP submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
