JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have made attempt to commit rape on informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was running a coaching institute in which informant as well as her cousin sister were student and when petitioner demanded tuition fee, the family members of informant became furious and after that petitioner was badly assaulted and handed over to the concerned police station with false story of attempt of rape.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46432 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge 1st , Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S.Case No. 432 of 2015, arising out of POCSO case no. 10 of 2015.
