The petitioner by way of this application seeks modification of the judgment and order passed on the writ petition bearing CWJC No.11926 of 2018 in so far as it records the registration number of the vehicle in question as 'BR-1AP3793' which should read as 'BR-1AP-3973'. Mr. Harish Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though there is no error in the order impugned put for modification, it is because of typographical error occurring as regarding the registration number of the

Patna High Court MJC No.3030 of 2018(3) dt.28-11-2018 2/3 vehicle in question at paragraph 1 of the writ petition that it consequentially finds mentioned in the order put to modification. He thus by way of this application prays for correction in the registration number of the vehicle as occurring in the writ petition at appropriate place by drawing the attention of this Court to its description found in the FIR and the seizure list enclosed at Annexure 1 to the writ petition which gives the registration number of the vehicle in question as 'BR-1AP3973'. We have heard learned counsel for the parties and we have perused the records of the writ proceeding and do find a typographical error occurring in the relief portion of the writ petition.

Mr Mrityunjay Kumar, learned Assisting Counsel to Additional Advocate General No.6 accepts the position and raises no objection to the modification so prayed. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and while granting leave to learned counsel for the petitioner to make appropriate correction as regarding the registration number of the vehicle as occurring at paragraph 1 of the writ petition as well as in other places, if so required, during the course of the day, we accordingly modify our order dated

Patna High Court MJC No.3030 of 2018(3) dt.28-11-2018 3/3 31.07.2018 passed in CWJC No.11926 of 2018 in so far as the registration number of the vehicle reads as 'BR-1AP-3793' which stands modified to read as 'BR-1AP-3973' and shall be deemed to have been pronounced as such.

The modification application is allowed.
