The petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2019 in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 97/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1B)a,26,35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case and the motorcycle in question belongs to him. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
