2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the pleadings, it appears that the maid-servant who has died was taken to the hospital for treatment. It has also been submitted by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is paralyzed and bed-ridden.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event
