Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 304B, 498A, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that U.D. Case No. 3 of 2015 dated 01.06.2015 was registered on the basis of statement of father of the victim. However, he changed his mind after a month and lodged a regular case implicating the petitioner.

Having considered the rival submission of the parties, the prayer for bail is rejected with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be considered on its own merit without prejudice.
