The petitioners are custody since 11.06.2019 in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 84/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/324/307/ 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners are named in the FIR, the main allegation is against one Naushad and Shamsher and not against these petitioners. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners and they have no criminal antecedents.

In view of the aforementioned facts and

Case No. 84/2019.
