The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case no.20/2015 registered for the offence under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. However, in view of facts and circumstances, I do not find any ground for extending the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
