2. The petitioners are in custody since 19.06.2023 in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 341/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/342/323/307/ 354(b)/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72728 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 previous enmity. It is further submitted that no specific role has been attributed against these petitioners. He next submits that the injuries which have been inflicted on the person on the victim, have been found to be simple in nature.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Madhepura, in connection with Murliganj P.S.
