The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Deo P.S. Case No.96 of 2019 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The Block Development Officer, Deo alleged that Sri Kamlesh Tiwari, State Resource Person is alleged to have indulged in illegally collecting money from different persons on the pretext of providing job. On such, a raid was conducted and Kamlesh Tiwari was apprehended. Kamlesh Tiwari is said to have disclosed that petitioner and others used to collect money and issued fake training certificate and appointment letters to different persons.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.60071 of 2019(2) dt.14-10-2019 2/2 there is no material to show that the petitioner collected money from any person or issued any fake training certificate/appointment letters to any person. Kamlesh Tiwari disclosed the name of many persons one of them namely, Sikandar Kushwaha has been granted anticipatory bail. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Deo P.S. Case No.96 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Saurabh/- U T
